I really appreciate the journal prompts that help invoke thought and allow you to just get stuff out. This isn’t a typical journal and I love the different quotes for the month. I can say for me the deep thought of the week is one of my favorite parts; I find myself going back to update myself. Seeing your thoughts on paper really help. Thank you.

Usually when I think of the goals I want to accomplish, I may write it down but that’s all it becomes; written down thoughts without any action. The Formulate 2 Elevate calendar helped me with a timeline and even a deadline to accomplish the things I set out to achieve and even if I don’t in the time I want to, I can think of a more strategic approach, write it down, and look back when I do hit that goal or manifest my desires and feel so confident.
