The Inspiration

One day towards the end of 2020, I listened to an amazing book by Jim Rohn called "Twelve Pillars". In that book he dropped so many gems on how people can reach their goals and he mentioned something that stuck out to me and inspired this creation. He mentioned that you can do two things in life, you can experience the power of discipline or the pain of regret.

Power of Discipline & Pain of Regret

If you set out to achieve a goal within a time frame with everything you need and you remain driven without giving up accomplishing it. From late nights, early mornings, being uncomfortable, avoiding distractions, and reducing social engagements to stay focused to meet that goal, that's the Power of Discipline. Now on the other hand, you have everything you need to reach that goal and you still procrastinate, give excuses, or not start at all and let the deadline pass you by. Then you find yourself upset, disappointed, wishing you did better and beating yourself up mentally, that's the Pain of Regret.

You are in control of the journey to determine the power or pain you will experience to achieve the you want.
